Our Journey
The Journey New Life Church was started in 2010 by Pastor David & Lisa Willis & family. The original name was Cambridge United Pentecostal Church and they met in a rented facility. Over the years, the church has seen the lives of many individuals and families changed by the grace of God. In 2014 the church name was changed to The Journey New Life Church.
Our Location
The church purchased its current facility in 2019 and continues to serve the community and share the Good News.
Pastor Willis
Pastor David and his wife, Lisa, together started this church, here in Cambridge/ Isanti, to help people experience God’s life-changing power. Dave and Lisa are wonderful leaders who are truly dedicated to spreading the gospel and caring for the lives they shepherd.
When someone decides to give their life to God and follow His journey for them, they begin a new life and many promises are sure to follow. Come experience the wonderful life Jesus has for His people.

Men of the church often join for breakfasts, church projects, and outdoor activities.

Journey’s ladies attend regular potlucks, dinners, craft nights, and other outings throughout the year.

Journey Kids meet every Sunday at 10am for age-based Breakout Sessions. The kids enjoy a lesson, related craft, snack, and games!

Journey Blessings is a Meal Ministry that provides meals for members of the church as well as friends and family members in need.
